Hatha Yoga can be practised by everyone as a way of combating stress, achieving relaxation and keeping supple. A system of exercises is adopted to try to control and influence your body and mind for the better. Your body feels decongested and evenly balanced, while your breathing calms you down.
Hatha Vinyasa Yoga is a more advanced form of yoga. Strength and flexibility are stimulated through harmonious movements, matched to the rhythm of one's breathing. Ideal for those of you who relish a challenge.

Hatha yoga: from 9.30 hrs. till 10.30 hrs.
Hatha vinyasa yoga: from 11 hrs. till 12 hrs.
Bring a mat and a towel.
