The climate is really hot. Literally and figuratively. The effects of climate change are also apparent in the Brussels forest area (Zoniënwoud/Forêt de Soignes). What does this mean for fauna and flora in the long term? How will it change the appearance of our cathedral beeches? What will be the impact on typical spring blooming plants, such as wild hyacinths and wood anemones? How will birds and roe deer react? Join a nature guide during Forest Week, for a 6 km tour.
Bring along some waterproof footwear and suitable clothing. Please be on time, the tour is scheduled to start at 10 am.
